About our Products
All pieces are individually crafted by our artisans according to their creative inspiration for the particular piece. Each artist's individual interpretation brings about a unique result. Therefore, at Prisiadieco no works are to be found which could be said to be "off the shelf." Needless to say, artistic variations are to be expected. We are especially enthusiastic about our custom pieces, and for the majority of such work there is a minimal charge for design time. The exception, of course, would be an item of unusual size or intricacy, for which we must charge more. We will be gladly provide a price quote for any custom piece, and encourage your inquires.

Restricted Products
We offer several products that are produced with specific copyright permissions and restrictions. Should you order such a piece, please have any pertinent information available at the time of order so that we may verify any necessary memberships or affiliations. This can most easily be accomplished by giving us your legal name and permission to contact the appropriate organizations, such as the Camp/Oasis/Lodge, Grove, Temple, Cadre or Circle where you were initiated, so that they can verify your membership.

If you do not have such memberships, please do not waste our time attempting to order that specific piece. We confirm this on every necessary order. Should you desire a piece that is restricted and cannot pass the required confirmation, please contact us as we may be able to make sufficient design changes to the piece that will alleviate any copyright/permission restrictions.                                             Return

Shipping
All of our pieces are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail (Domestic and International) with Signature Confirmation and Insurance. Should you require any other form of shipping, special shipping considerations or have concerns with international orders please contact us. Production Schedules
Our studio runs on a six (6) month production schedule with all cast metal pieces. This means that each piece can be expected to take six (6) months to produce from start to shipping.  This does not include design time for custom pieces or customization of existing pieces nor does it include delivery time. We normally do not require the full six (6) months but occasionally do run into problems that slow our production time.

We reserve the right to change estimated delivery schedules when production concerns arise. This delivery time can be extended due to unavailability of stock parts that are required for your ordered piece or due to slowed production time due to heavy volume or emergency. We will be very up-front with you regarding our production time so don't expect the work to be done in a week. Should you order a particular piece that we are fortunate enough to have in stock (as we strive to do) it will be shipped out as soon as the payment is received and cleared. Should you have a need to order a piece with a "Rush production and delivery" please contact us as we are frequently able to make such accommodations with a minimum of trouble. Such production schedule changes may incur additional costs.

This estimated six month production window begins when payment is received and cleared through our bank. PayPal payments, usually, clear immediately.                                                                    Return

Payment
Full payment for any piece is required before any work commences unless other arrangements have been made with Prisiadieco. Custom work and customization charges (where they apply) will be figured into the final costs of the piece. Some custom work will require prepayment of design costs if the piece(s) in questions are of unusual size or intricacy. Should you need an extended payment plan for any order, please contact us as we have several options available. Be warned, however, that this may considerably lengthen the delivery time of your order.  We gladly accept PayPal, Money Orders (Postal, Domestic and International), personal cheques (with prior approval) and cash (with prior approval). Georgia residents please add 7% sales tax. Our Paypal ID is fallen9@prisiadieco.com.                                                        Return

About our Materials
The bronze we utilize is 95% copper, 4% tin, and 1% silicon and trace elements. Our sword blades are of high quality carbon stainless steel. These weapons must be shipped unsharpened, for reasons of both safety and law. Please be aware that these blades can be sharpened to a very keen edge, and handle them with the respect they deserve should you so choose to sharpen them. We do not utilize synthetic precious stones, synthetic leather, or synthetic wood. All our opals are natural Australian opals. Our resin pieces are of a composition that is remarkably light, 100% electrostatically neutral (nonconductive), and completely free of fibreglass. Items of gilt silver are silver electroplate over pure resin.                                                                      Return

Care of Your Crown
Your Crown has been finished with a chemical patina that will protect the surface of the bronze. It will however continue to darken very slowly over time (it is the nature of bronze). To maintain the highlights on your Crown you will need to give a quick, light buff with fine (0000 grade) steel wool from time to time, especially just before you intend to wear it. This will expose the highlights that will then darken until the next buffing. To stop the darkening (natural oxidizing) lightly spray your Crown with a Clear semi-gloss polyurethane spray, this will “fix” your Crown’s color and appearance but will preclude any buffing for highlights or color variation in the future. Be careful as this may also discolor the center stone.

Even though your Crown has been made to your size requirements it may occasionally need minor adjustments. Should you need such adjustments it is easy to do: 1) Determine the areas of the Crown that need adjusting; such as too tight on the sides of the Crown. 2) Hold the Crown between your hands and apply light pressure inward; in this case to the front and back. You probably will not feel the Crown change shape, as bronze is a soft metal and will shape easily. Test fit often during this process so that you will not over-correct the fit of your Crown.                                                                                  Return

Correctly Sizing Crowns
The best measuring method to assure proper fitting of your Crown is to have another person measure your head at the level of the Third Eye, just above your browline. Use a non-sliding cloth measuring tape, such as a sewing tape. Pull the tape snugly, but not tightly, about the skull while keeping the tape level all the way around. Include the resultant measurement with your order, specifying inches or centimetres. If you are ordering your Crown for use with an existing headpiece, be sure to describe for the artist the fabric type and thickness, and style of the headpiece. This is, of course, unnecessary when you order one of our headpieces with your Crown.                                                   Return

Services are rendered subject to the following “Terms and Conditions”. Client submission of work or an order to Prisiadieco or signature accepting the quote shall constitute a contract and acceptance of, without restriction, the following “Terms and Conditions”.

1.
PAYMENT TERMS – Work on any piece will not begin until payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, by both Prisiadieco and the client.

2.    ORDERS - Acceptance of orders is subject to receipt of full payment and/or credit approval and contingencies such as fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, acts of Gods, and other causes beyond the provider’s control. Orders entered cannot be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate Prisiadieco against loss for work already performed and materials no longer usable. Prisiadieco may cancel any order prior to starting without liability.

3.   QUOTES - A quote is valid for 15 days following the date of the quote unless otherwise specified in writing. After 15 days all quotes are subject to review and revision by Prisiadieco. All prices quoted herein are based upon material and labor costs at the time of quotation. Prices for subsequent projects are subject to change. Prior to starting work, if the actual project submitted differs from the original proposal presented by the client, the estimate will be revised and the client will be notified of said revisions.

4.
COPYRIGHTS - The client warrants that the subject matter to be produced is not copyrighted by a third party. The client also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The client further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction.

5.    EXPERIMENTAL WORK - Experimental or preliminary work performed at the client’s request will be charged for at current rates and may not be used until Prisiadieco has been reimbursed in full for the amount of the charges billed.                                                                                                Return

6.     CREATIVE WORK - Creative work, such as sketches, copy, dummies, art work, drawings, engravings, and all preparatory work created, developed or furnished by Prisiadieco shall remain its exclusive property, and no use of same shall be made, nor any ideas obtained therefrom be used, except upon compensation to Prisiadieco, as determined by it, and not expressly identified and included in the selling price.

7.    CONDITION OF SUBMITTED WORK - All materials supplied to Prisiadieco by the client shall be in suitable condition so as to be used without any additional expenses for preparation or conditioning by Prisiadieco unless otherwise specified in the quote. If such expenses are necessary, they will be the responsibility of the client. Upon receipt of original work, should it be evident that the condition of the work differs from that which had been originally described and consequently quoted, the original quotation shall be rendered void and a new quotation issued.
                  Return

8.     PROOFS - Client proofs of the work in progress, if necessary as specified in the quote, shall be performed by the client, or his designee, at specific stages in the work as specified in the quote. Client acceptance of the proof shall be in writing or in the form of initials on the contract. Work requiring a proof shall not progress until that proof is accepted or waived. Waived proofs shall be in writing. Prisiadieco cannot be held responsible for errors under any or all of the following conditions: if the work is continued per client’s verbal OK; if changes are communicated verbally; if client has not ordered proofs; or if the client has instructed Prisiadieco to proceed without submission of proofs. Every effort will be made by Prisiadieco to eliminate errors, but the final responsibility for checking for errors rests with the client.

9.     EXAMINATION OF COMPLETED WORK ON DELIVERY - Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing within a period of 10 days after delivery of all or any part of the order. Failure to make such a claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that Prisiadieco has fully complied with the terms, conditions and specifications herein. During the 10-day inspection period, should work be unsatisfactory or incorrect to the client or his designee, the amount of responsibility borne by Prisiadieco shall be limited to correcting the job or refund of the monies paid by the client for the work. Title for finished work passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point, or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, which ever occurs first.

10.     CLIENT PROPERTY - All client property in the form of drawings, artwork, mock-ups, molds, or any other client property used in the manufacture of Prisiadieco products are received, held, and returned at the owner’s risk. Prisiadieco shall not be liable, beyond its insurance then in effect, for loss or damage due to fire, water, flood, theft, negligence, insects, war, plague, rodentia or any other cause beyond Prisiadieco, including during production. Client property of extraordinary value shall be insured through mutual agreement.                                                                                                    Return

11.   CLIENT FURNISHED MATERIAL - Client furnished materials shall be manufactured, packed and delivered to Prisiadieco’s specifications. Additional costs due to delays or impaired production caused by specification changes by the client shall be charged to client.

12.   ALTERATIONS - Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. If additional work is required through client’s error or change of specification, all additional work will carry an additional charge at current rates for the work performed and materials used.

13.   TAXES - Local sales taxes are not included in quotations unless otherwise specified. All local, state and federal taxes will be added to the order totals as required.
Return

14.    PRODUCTION SCHEDULES - Production and delivery schedules will be established and adhered to by client and Prisiadieco provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riots, civil disorder, fire, labor disputes, strikes, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays of suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority and acts of Gods or other causes beyond control of client or Prisiadieco. Production schedules shall vary in such cases where proofs are not promptly accepted by the client.  Where production schedules, or proof schedules, are not adhered to by the client, final delivery dates will be subject to renegotiation. If work on orders or contracts is delayed by the client beyond the time estimated to complete the work, a charge will be made to compensate Prisiadieco for any additional cost, regardless of estimate.

15.     WORK-IN-PROGRESS - If any original source material is withdrawn prior to completion of end products, then Prisiadieco will not be responsible for the completion of the work, and charges will be made for all work completed at the time of withdrawal.                                                  Return

16.    ATTORNEY’S FEES - In the event of default in payment of client’s account, client agrees to pay Prisiadieco reasonable costs of collection, costs and expenses, and attorneys’ fees paid or incurred in collection of client’s account, whether or not suit is filed, including costs on appeal.

17.   INDEMNITY - The client shall indemnify and hold harmless Prisiadieco from and against all loss, cost, expense and damages (including court cost and reasonable attorney fees) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings that may be instituted against Prisiadieco on grounds alleging said product violates any copyrights or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or obscene or scandalous or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights, except to the extent that Prisiadieco contributed to the matter. The client agrees at the client’s own expense to promptly defend and continue defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding that may be brought against Prisiadieco, provided that Prisiadieco shall promptly notify the client with respect thereto, and provided further that Prisiadieco shall give to the client such reasonable time as the exigencies of the situation may permit in which to undertake and continue the defense thereof.                                                                                            Return

18.    LIABILITY - Prisiadieco warrants that the work is as described in the quote. The client understands that all sketches, copy, dummies, and preparatory work shown to the client are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed. Prisiadieco’s liability shall be limited to refund of the stated selling price, repair or replacement herein of any alleged defective goods, and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits (or profits lost).

19.      ENTIRE AGREEMENT; GOVERNING LAW - No verbal agreements have been made between the parties hereto and it is expressly understood this accepted written quotation constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Prisiadieco and shall not be modified except as by a specific further writing signed by both the client and Prisiadieco.  The client and Prisiadieco agree that this agreement is made pursuant to and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
