 The authentic Lamen of the Ordo Templi Orientis, by the
express authorization of O.T.O.
Grand Lodge U.S., is notably featured upon
this work, our O.T.O. Scarab Lamen Sword. The brazen crossguard reveals the
Lamen, ineffable symbol of occult authority, within a
Vesica Piscis, which in its
turn is upheld by a true
Scarab, its wings extended and flared to form the
quillions of the weapon. This unique, mutely eloquent imagery is displayed
upon each side of the weapon hilt. The hilt further consists of an imported
natural wood grip, being nicely grained and silky to the hand, and a pommel
which is crafted of
solid bronze, like unto the crossguard. The pommel displays two
sigils, one on each side.
The Scarab Lamen Sword must be shipped unsharpened. The
high-quality carbon stainless steel blade can be sharpened to a keen edge, and will
hold this edge well. With an overall length of 32" this piece is shown
with the designs of a Maltese Cross and the M.M.M. upon
each face of the pommel. Other pommel designs are
available. We provide a durable
Black Leather Scabbard, of an ascetic design
that it will not detract in any wise from appreciation of
the hilt.
